  1. Infrastructure Planning: Develop short-term and long-term plans for the construction, renovation, and expansion of physical infrastructure, such as buildings, facilities, utilities, and transportation systems.

  2. Project Management: Oversee infrastructure projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

  3. Budget Allocation: Allocate financial resources and secure funding for infrastructure projects, considering cost estimates, priorities, and available funds.

  4. Facilities Management: Manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and upkeep of existing infrastructure, ensuring facilities are safe, functional, and efficient.
