Objectives

  1. Education and Research: Provide a platform for scholarly research, academic study, and intellectual discourse about Sikhism and its various aspects.

  2. Cultural Preservation: Preserve and promote Sikh heritage, culture, art, literature, and traditions through educational programs, exhibitions, and events.

  3. Academic Courses: Offer courses, seminars, workshops, and lectures on Sikh history, philosophy, theology, ethics, and spirituality to students, scholars, and the general public.

  4. Promotion of Sikh Values: Promote the values of equality, social justice, community service, and compassion that are central to Sikh teachings.

  5. Interfaith Dialogue: Facilitate interfaith dialogues and discussions to foster understanding and harmony among different religious communities.

  6. Public Awareness: Raise awareness about Sikhism’s contributions to society, its role in history, and its global impact through seminars, exhibitions, and media outreach.

  7. Language Learning: Offer opportunities for learning and preserving Sikh languages, including Gurmukhi script and Punjabi language.
