Multimedia and Mass Communication

Welcome to the Department of Multimedia and Mass Communication at Guru Nanak College of Arts, Science and Commerce! 

The objective of the department is to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience needed to excel in the fields of multimedia, journalism, advertising, public relations, and other related disciplines. It focuses on fostering creativity, critical thinking, and effective communication abilities to prepare students for successful careers in the media and communication industry.

Apart from offering a three-year under-graduate course in Multimedia and Mass Communication, the department also offers two certificate courses in Acting and UGC Recognized-Science Communication. Its highly qualified and experienced faculty members are well-versed with the changing scenario of the media world and hence, capable of guiding the students accordingly. The department also endeavours to stay updated with the latest technological advancements to provide relevant and cutting-edge educational experience to its learners.
